For some reason, the compile issue is back. No idea why, as nothing changed and the Trusted Location seems fine. Tried attaching the accdt as a zip. Get's to 100% then says too large. Its 12MB.
Downloaded NW2 Starter and it runs fine i.e. no compile error, unlike Dev. Both exist in same Trusted Location folder here.

Inasmuch as I've downloaded and installed the template multiple times, and you installing them in the same Trusted Location on your computer, I don't know what else to suggest.

Yes, if you rename a .accdt to a .ZIP extension, you can open it and examine all of the files in it.

I would recommend decompiling the app. Search online for "Access command line decompile" and you'll find how to do it.
