I would be greatful if someone could explain how the add picture button in the employees form of the Northwind database works. I'd like to have a similar button in a form I am trying to make.

Open the Employees form in design mode then click the Code button to view the code behind the form. It's pretty well documented so you should be able to find what you want.

I have tried it but when I try to util the code into my app it does'nt work,
the problem lies in the line "Application.FileDialog(msoFileDialogFilePicker"
could you help me overcome it.
