HI,

I have managed to create a bound olke object on a form in access 2000 which displays an excel worksheet.

Everything is working fine and i have found a way to manipulate the excel worksheet as well.

But i cant seem to find a way to display a preselected number of columns, no matter if the object is set to stretch or zoom etc... even dragged the box out to the desired width.

The object still only displays a few columns of the worksheet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Regards

is no one able to help me?

My guess is that most of us deal with importing Excel file and not much else. Once we get the file into Access why go back. We just don't need to display a spreadsheet in Access.

Did you create a field in your table as an OLE object and then put it on your form or did you create it directly from the form? You should be able to use the insert object wizard to bring the attachment in and then view it full page each time its double clicked.

The sheet is displayed to the user for information uses only. I dont really want to have the user to double click the object. Cause it would be easier to use vba to create the information in a set xls file and have a button that opens the sheet.

The sheet is created on the form as well. Normally once i export to excel that would be it as well, but this time i need to create a custom report on the fly on a form for users to see.
