OneNote must start for the first time?!?! (1 Viewer)

I have an Access program on Citrix that has been working just fine. First thing this morning everyone was able to print. But all of a sudden around 10ish, a message now comes up for everyone when they try to print that says:

"Before you can use the feature, OneNote must start for the first time. you can return here and try again after OneNote starts."

I've looked it up and tried the recommended fixes, making sure the printer I want is set as the default printer and actually opening up OneNote for the first time but its still giving me this error. I ever restarted after those two just for kicks.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
