Open a form in edit mode and should able to update records (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
In my DB, I am doing some query which will bring me a report. The user will see the report and if he thinks he needs to make some changes, he should do it by clicking on a button called "Edit" in the report page, which will open a editable form. The editable form should hold the values that appeared in the report. The user may change values in some fields and he needs to update it.

My problem is when opening a editable form, the form fields does not have any values in it. How to open a form with the same field values that appeared in the report??
