How did you bind a textbox to an option group? (Rhetorical!)
You have a field in your table that you want to be either Singly or Jointly. This table (well, a query based on the table) should be bound to your form and the field you want should be in the ControlSource of the textbox.

What i have done:
in the form design, created a textbox then binded it to the option buttons setting visible no. Then in the option group button code, entreed the code with the correct frame reference but still no luck
