org chart automation in access

I have a table Org data attached as pdf.

in visio when i run the wizard i get what i am looking for and based on the report to id i get my organizational chart.

Can i automate this process in access. we run the access run time version for users and no one has visio software to work with. So can i build the organizational chart from scratch just like visio has done.

is there a way to link visio to access. I dont know how or were to start. any ideas or help. i have attached the visio output pdf.
your help will be much appreciated.

Well, I don’t know anything about Visio but if you don’t mind throwing a bit of VBA at it it could be done.

Attached is an Access 2003 demo that could be rearranged as such a chart, and a Gantt chart as well, but it does become a little complicated. However, it does have the advantage of being able to be modified to almost anything…within reason.

It may be a big job but hope that helps.

this almost looks like mission impossible to me since i am not very good with coding but hats off to people who could desgin and bring to life the versatility of other applications by code. i will try to go through this and see if i can custom make it to my requirements.
