I have multiple records in a table where the ID is the same, but the CommitteeName exists in mutliple records...for example:

ID CommitteeName

23 Ethics
23 12A Working Group
19 Board of Directors
23 ResortProperties

I would like to get the committee names into one horizontal record such as:

23 Ethics 12A Working Group ResortProperties

In other words, one record for each ID showing all of the committee names which this person is connected with.

I cannot figure out how to accomplish this. Sorry for the unclear example, but I am not quite certain how to otherwise describe it.

Thank you so very much, however, I actually want to create a new field for each item, rather than concatenating them into a single field.

I very much appreciate your kind help.
