What you are asking for doesn't make any sense. Why would you want ACE to be the BE to a web application. Convert the data to SQL Server if you want a web app.
There are no tools that can convert VB6 to a web app that I am aware of. Your best option would probably be to use RD or Citrix. That would allow users to run the app remotely without rewriting it in a web language. This is the same technique we use to run our Access applications remotely.

As Pat pointed out, Access does not work well online.
What is the goal of this project? If we know what you need to accomplish, perhaps we can better offer appropriate suggestions.
