Programmatically open outlook mail item in Web browser?

I am working on Microsoft Access project that interacts with outlook to retrieve emails (i-e Outlook MailItems). I got all the required properties from MailItem object. There is one thing that I am looking to do is retrieve Email body in Web browser control on the access form.

I am referring to the option in Outlook for Individual Mail item where you can open any email in web browser (see image). Any idea how to access this in code so that it generate an HTML file that I can map the webbrowser control to navigate to? I hope the screenshot clarify the requirements.
