querying outlook via access (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

Apologies if this has been posted to the wrong board..

When I import/link the calendar table (from MS Outlook) into MS Access, I only get to see the following fields:

Importance
Icon
Priority
Subject
From
Message To Me
Message CC to Me
Sender Name
CC
To
Received
Message Size
Contents
Created
Modified
Subject Prefix
Has Attachments
Normalized Subject
Object Type
Content Unread

(This is by right-clicking in the table area; selecting 'link tables'; selecting Outlook from the following list and selecting my calendar from the resulting window).

My problem is that I need to query the actual date of calendar items in Access. Is this possible as it's not one of the fields that appears (see above)?


I am using Office/Windows XP and would appreciate any help at all.

Thanks for the info -- i'll check it out and post back if necessary.

In the meantime - other suggestions are still very much welcome!
