Question Replicate Menu is greyed out

This is my first database (getting my feet wet has been great fun!) I am almost ready to use it, so I began looking into replication. The admin tab is missing and when I try to add any replicate menu items they are greyed out. Does anyone have an idea as to why and what steps can be taken to enable these menus?

Is it an MDB or an ACCDB? Jet Replication is available only with MDB format.
