. @Cotswold ,THAAAAAAANK YOU! I see what you did re: my problem - you have a separate table for STYLES (ie product item) and it links back to the Product Table. It's like... good grief why didn't I think of that?
But the whole layout, as seen in the PDF, is great. This will help me a lot in tailoring my own.

Would be great to have a page on this forum with a library of this kind of (older) applications, it would be a great learning page for Access starters and users. May be you have quite a bit more on your shelf.
