Sending Reports using Email Addresses in a table

I have been searching and have not found the right mix of VBA coding. I have created a database for blood donor centers and hospital transfusion services. Each site must register in the system by providing a point of contact and an email address.

If a donor center has extra products available, I want the donor center to be able to put the extra into a form (already built) and click a submit button that will email a Blood Product Available Report to all transfusion services that are registered in the system. I could do this using a command button that performs a Macro, but this would mean adding every email address everytine someone registers in the program.

I would like to email a blood product available report to the transfusion servcies utilizing email addresses the transfusion services submitted when they registered. Ken
