Solved Separate Icons for each apps

@isladogs I know in the greater scheme of things this isn't important but maybe you can get some understanding of the problem from MS. It is unusual. I wonder if it has anything to do with the specific icon.

Since I am an Access developer rather than an Access user, I rarely have more than one application open at any given time unless I am trying to compare them for some reason. That may be why I've never experienced the problem.
