Using Access 2003, I have a button that performs the call, that is it goes to the main directory. From within there I click 3 times and get into the sub-directory I need. I have a text box on the form, that if possible, needs to have the address to the sub-directory copy/pasted to it. Can this process be automated? Thanks.

Are you trying to open windows explorer to a specific sub directory from the value in a text box?

i.e. X:\Main Directory\Sub Directory1\Sub Directory2\Sub Directory3\

There is a button on the form that the user clicks that takes them to the main directory.;just above the button there is a text box. The user clicks 3 times to get in to the correct sub directory. The address of that subdirectory needs to be copy and pasted in the empty text box on the form. If this can be automated it would help, but I don't knowm. Thanks.

I can not open the code behind the browse and export buttons.

The database is not protect. Try right clicking on the fBrowseDirectory form name and select the Design option to get inside it.

Is there a way that the directory path name can be exported to a text box. Can the code be modified to do that? If a text box is called "File" can the path be exported to "File" instead of the directory? I want to save individual paths for each record in the database. Thanks.

Also, in order for the browse to work I have to remove the Me.tbHidden.SetFocus code. Is that ok? Thanks.
