subfrm btnDelete is deleting the main record (1 Viewer)

I have added an add and delete button in a sub form to add/delete a new physician. The problem is, when I delete the record in the subfrm, it is deleting the main record of the patient.

Can anyone tell what is wrong with the button?

I would ensure the correct record has the focus. Use a message box to display a value [physician name] in the physician record to ensure the correct record is about to be delete while testing. I usually display a message box asking the user are they sure they want to delete the ??? record to give them a visual and decide if that is what they want to do.
