Suggest me : Add data using email (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I search a lot and unable to find exact what I want,

My expectation :

1) I have hardware (Digital Video Recorder) which can send email when faulty.

2) I want to read that email and add in my database (MS Access 2010) to create ticket automatically.


is it possible ? please suggest me,

You can certainly loop an Outlook inbox and act upon an email with a specific subject or whatever. If you're comfortable with the Outlook object model, you can probably do it from within Outlook (I've only done it from Access). I started with this (the section on saving an email attachment):
