In the following video Tucker Carlson and Victor Hanson discuss the legal proceedings that have been taken against Donald Trump. He has not been convicted but they are taking away his businesses and assets!

America is on its way to losing its democratic identity and becoming something else something that is not a democracy..

I reckon you could call it a Demonocracy...

Alan Dershowitz, is once again condemning the legal actions being taken against Trump as unjustified. Besides the legal shortcomings, a major concern: how can someone (Trump) be accused of fraud when there is no victim. Moreover, the value of real estate is highly subjective and varies over time. This is all disgraceful third world politics, where political opponents are crippled to prevent them from participating in the management of this country. Democrats are the threat to democracy.

Did Trump overestimate, or did judge underestimate , Trump's fortune?

Trump had already won 80% of the case in a previous appellate court ruling.

Right but the judge refused to acknowledge that.

This is Kabuki theater. The only point of these frivolous lawsuits is to cost trump millions of dollars in legal fees AND to keep him off the campaign trail.

What I want to know is when he will get justice and reimbursement for all the baseless lawsuits? The left is right to consider Trump an existential threat. They are going to be in big trouble (we hope) when he gets reelected.

Vivek Ramaswamy is the only presidential candidate who has supported Trump in this persecution. The rest are simply closing their eyes to the perversion of our legal system and the disregard for due process and lack of an actual crime to prosecute because they think that taking out the evil orange man might be good for them. None of them has a snowball's chance in hell of being elected given their attitude regarding the crimes against Trump.

Do more, no less. Everything else is just window dressing, smoke and mirrors...

There have been some incidental talking points that have been tossed-out comparing Trump's treatment to that of Sam Bankman-Fried. Basically, that Fried has committed actual fraud that has caused numerous people financial pain, but the Democrats do not seem to be interested in pursuing a case against Fried. Perhaps because he was a financial supporter of the Democrats!!

With Sam Backman-Fried there are actual victims, in Trump's case the Bank assessed the risk and made the decision to lend. The loans were paid back with interest, no victims. I assume the banks made an assessment of the collateral and not just accepted Trump's word on the value.

Don't Say Civil War? Ok then, what other remedy is there?

Talk to a republican? As in sit down and have a proper chat where you both consider each other's point of view honorably logically and respectfully?

No you can't bring yourself to do that?

What do you think's going to happen then?
