This is The "Magic Roundabout" it's in Swindon, a town about 30 miles from where I live. I've only ever crossed it I reckon, five to 10 times, a nerve racking experience every time! It takes its name from a short comedy strip called The Magic Roundabout which usually ran for about five minutes before the main BBC1 6 "O Clock News...
The Magic Roundabout, the television series was supposed to be a children's program, but it was hilarious and had a large adult following.
