Babylon 5

This YouTube clip of the new Babylon 5 series looks pretty good!


Can't say I'm a fan of this type of animation, but I don't know. I reckon I'll watch a few episodes and see how it feels.

What is interesting is, with the potential for large language models to manipulate images and sound, people's voices and creates stories, what happens when they start applying this technology to extending the life of a franchise like Babylon 5 with these type of animations?

Will the animations become so realistic that they are indistinguishable from reality? Will there be a law stating that animated computer driven characters have to have an "A" on there foreheads similar to Rimmer's "H"?
