Just the lithium batteries from an e-bike have made entire blocks burn down and been hard to put out for an hour or more.
I didn’t know they are restricted in Europe until reading the comments. Does anyone know the reason behind that?

That was determined to be a man-made event. They found the body of perpetrator in the driver's seat and apparently he left a note somewhere.

I've recently been reading some articles on the extreme danger of lithium batteries and how in cities there have been tons of events of e-bikes and things like that exploding and setting things on fire even to the tune of a whole city block burned down because of an bike. There are a lot of cautions to remember if you have an electric scooter or similar thing. Only use the charger that came with the device, and don't let it heat up too much.
