As many of you must know that Message Plus will be shutting down 11/7/2024. So I had phone Android Edge + switch to Google messenger. It worked fine for three days. Even worked fine this morning (10/6/2024) This afternoon I went to send a message, and the screen says. TRANSFER YOUR DATA send your data from this phone to any Galaxy phone or tablet. I can’t disable message and get into texting mode. I have no phone or tablet I want to send it to. I don’t even have any idea what to google. HELP

Hmm. It sounds almost like a virus?
Once in a great while I have used a mobile app that, poorly designed, shows me screens where the display is ever-so-slightly cut off on the edge - especially the top right edge - rendering me literally unable to close it.

Thank God for Android's generic BACK button, one of the main reasons that I would never switch to an iPhone, without a generic back button the developers have to design/code a 'back' type of button for every single screen that can ever exist - quite silly compared to the Android ecosystem where Back is generically useful similar to a browser
