This thread is quite old, but it's worth mentioning (if people come looking for information like me) that GPT for sheets advanced so much in the last few months. I'm using it daily now for so many things from simple data clean up to creating entire tables with custom content. I love how intuitive and easy to use AI is becoming and it always saves me from a headache (or two) when I have to deal with sheets.

Create a table in MS Access with ChatGPT

If I need a new table, imagine a customer table with the customer name and address telephone number, things like this.

I will discuss it with ChatGPT, agree on the fields required, then I asked chatGPT to write me a VBA function. I import it into my MS Access, run the VBA function and it creates the table for me!

I can then ask ChatGPT to build a set of sample data for the table and again write a script that fills this new table with the sample data!

I use this technique when trying to answer questions for OPs on access world forums who for some reason cannot provide sample data!

Been implementing it for months now and looking for better ways to utilize it
