VAB front end connect to SqlServer (1 Viewer)

I am trying to update one VBA system , which connects to the Access database.
I have uploaded the Access database to the SQL Server, but I can't find how to connect the VBA front end to this SQL Server database,
no ODBC function, and the area to input the server name database name, and password,
I would be grateful if anyone knows how to solve this problem

you will need the appropriate odbc driver for sql server - usually the latest and may need to download.
