Variables

I posted a question earlier and got no replies here. I'm desperate!! Here's an addendum to the question based on replies that I got from other forums. I think I can possibly create variables in the SeatType footer and call them in the Claimant footer. At least that what it seems like several individuals have indicated to me (on various online forums). The problem is that I don't know how to write the code or even where to write it. I quite the Novice!!!! This report is due today

Donna,
What you ask is quite complex. It would take an experienced programmer a while to sort things out even if he/she had access to you database. (no pun intended)

Sam, I appeciate you letting me know at least why I hadn't gotten any replies to my questions. I'm not surprised....this is how my luck seems to fall

Try cutting out unnecessary data and posting your db and see if others can give it a look to see the problem.

okay if I can figure out how to do that. Right now the file is to large.

Just copy the database and then zip it. If there are too many records you could delete most of them.

I did zip it. I deleted all but one table, one query, and one report, and deleted most information from the table. I don't know how to delete the record from the database itself.
