Don't think such a book exists.
Visual Studio is an IDE for a myriad of application languages and tools.
A single book would never do that scope of uses justice.
Just as an example for SQL server you can use it in place of SSMS, it will build SSIS packages, dot.net add-ons etc. etc.
The list is enormous.
It's almost like asking for a book that tells you everything a computer could do.
