I've been saying for decades, that we need to put a direct tax on businesses for undocumented workers. But that is taxing the rich, so you would reject that out of hand.

There is a tax. Businesses are required to have I9s for all workers. Missing or fraudulent I9s have hefty penalties

I've only said the propaganda that they (MAGA) was developed by Goebbels. I have never said they were Nazis. I have said that Conservatives lack a propensity to engage in critical thinking. Evidence of this is their staunch support of everything trickle down. that includes no quarter when it comes to even considering that the problems we are facing could be solved by higher taxes on return on investment and on large corporations. In particular the financial sector.

They have that in common across the board, they seem to think that infinite wealth is a product of hard work. As such it should be revered. I happen to think more like Warren Buffet, another person derided by conservatives.

Have you ever wondered why he and Gates are so hated by so many conservatives? Why, propaganda my dear Watson. They went on record against tax cuts for the rich. And the propaganda machine went into high gear,

No worries, I thought you were explaining it to me. I took on this role of challenging conservative points of view, right here in a discussion dominated by them, I can take a little heat.

I don't take any of this personally. Interestingly, some of my closest folks are conservatives. And unlike liberals, I believe conservatives (everyday people, not Presidents) are some of the most giving and kind hearted folks I know. Oh wait, GW was a real American Patriot, with a Texas gift for being welcoming and approachable.
