Huge table checkbox and bugged table hyperlink (1 Viewer)

Hi folks,

I just had 2 problems with access table.

One is the table yes/no checkbox. When I increase the size of the cell, the size of checkbox increases as well and it becomes very big and ugly.

The other problem is the table hyperlink. This only happens when I use access 2010 and it works well for access 2016.
The problem is when I try to link a pdf doc (to a certain page), access 2010 cannot correctly show the symbol "#". Therefore, I cannot link any pdf to the page I want.

It will be really great if someone can help me with those problems.
