Hello from Langley BC, using Access to automate a business process (1 Viewer)

I am a new user of ACCESS 2016 in the process of building an app to semi-automate the process of compiling engineering shop drawings into a package for printing and sending off for approval.
So far I have found Access to be pretty easy to use.
We used to use Excel and then Acrobat but the process was too time consuming, taking up to 40 hours to manually compile some projects.

ha! No i'm new to this forum so I had to dream up a name very quickly.

Let me qualify my 'easy to use' comment...

I used to code many years ago, and build apps using sql server, oracle etc etc, but always sending results to web pages. using wysiwyg style editors is kind of new to me, but when it came to designing the various forms for inputting the data and then designing the output report, the editor came in handy. Here we are not sending results to the web so i don't have as much work to do.

The not so easy part is arising around printing multiple image attachments per record.
I'll post a thread on that...
