Access 2000 - Limited Computer installs?

Is MS Access 2000 limited to how many computers you can install it on?
Or is it a one install program, if you want it on 5 you have to buy 5 copies?

What if a company that has not bought a new updated copy of Access still uses 2000, can they get away with installing it on several workstations?

2 ways:

1) Each computer must have a copy of MS Access

2) Buy a Developer Extensions kit to get a Runtime for unlimited installs on any computer.

Note that in Office 2007, developer extension kit and runtime engine are free. (Should it be for 2003+previous versions? Hmmm...)

Edit: Screw it, 2003 ADE is borked. Would probably be better to just buy one copy of Office 2007 and distribute 2007 runtime engine with your database instead!
