Access 2003 on Win 7 problems

I am new to this forum but just today I have an issue with windoes 7. I have for many years run Access 2003 on Win XP with no issues however my xp is slowly dying on me som I have bought a new pc running win 7 home premium.
I have installed Office 2003 no problem and one of the first things I have done is transfer across my databases created in Access 2003 on win xp. Now the fun starts!
I have opened my database and I get my main menu, on seleting one of my scripts I get the following message:
"Your Microsoft Office Access databse or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file ´ieinfo5.ocx´version 1.0"
If I click ok I just move onto the next missing or broken reference and so on.
Any help or advice on this greatly appreciated.

It is an IE extension. Do you really need it in your database?

Hi, thank you for your response. I have managed to get rid of it because as you say it did not seem relevant and now it all seems to be working apart from another issue on another database which I will start a new thread.

Hi, sadly I spoke to soon about my database. All forms open ok but I have a search facility on most of my forms to select a certain record and these have stopped showing any records.
Any thoughts?
