Hi,

I have a FE and BE database that I developed in Access 2003 in an XP OS. It all worked fine before on the XP machine, but now I have vista and I am finding it difficult to run it although I've installed office 2003.

The error I am getting is as follows:
Object or class doesn't support the set of events.

All event handlers in my forms are returning the same error above. I checked their references in properties and they seem fine. I don't understand what's wrong.

Thanks,
B

What service pack are you on for Office 2003?

2003 ran fine for me on Vista (I'm on Win7 now).

SP 3 and I have run windows update - I have access 2007 and office 2003 on the same Vista machine. Could that be the problem do you think?

1. Did you install the versions in order - 2003 first and then 2007?

2. I've seen it where it sometimes helps if you set the msaccess.exe file to run as administrator so it can make the necessary changes to the registry each time you switch.
