No. MDE is compiled format with all the source code removed.

yes - they can recover source code, but you will have to demonstrate that you are entitled to the code, and that you are not trying to break confidential information

I agree with Dave. And, while EverythingAccess can do it, it is not cheap to do. So I doubt that it would be worth it to do so but I can tell you now just from what you wrote:

that Wayne would not do the job for you anyway as it is obvious you do not own the rights to the source code.
