cr report using pl/sql anonymous block

Is it possible to stick an anonymous pl/sql block into some CR (v9 or vXI) gui and build a report from it? Just as you would do with a SQL statement; if I remember correctly, you could just copy a sql statement, paste it into some pane in CR and then you could build your report based on that query ...

You can type your SQL in the SQL Expressions fields under Field Exporer, if that's what you're asking about.
