Creating a WebSite (1 Viewer)

OK Guys, simple question but Im sure a difficult question. I have a web site for my mobile disco. I have a simple DB listing Artist and Song Name. I want to have a searchable DB online that customers can add the song to a playlist. My Wed Server supports asp, problem is I have no idea as to how to go about it. All I do know is that I want something similar to this one, (See link) http://www.tntdisco.djintelligence.com/music/
