I have developed a database and attached here. Kindly review my relationship diagram and suggest me the ways to improve the caller tracking part.
Each resource / service will have many caller. Each caller will have a family. The caller should be searchable and retriveable.
Should a relationship be established between the caller and resource? suggest your idea.
