Database Form to Web Page

I created my database which works great. But when try to save it as a HTML document i get the following error

"cannot find the database or some database objects that this page refers to. Update the connection information of the page, or fix the references to the missing database objects."

Is there some function that i need to enable on the web page? It is also missing the subform, is this related?

To be honest I don't know a lot about converting a db to html. I have always just recoded it using ASP. Try that.
