Hi

In Access, you can display reports within a form and control them using the form, such as printing specific pages or navigating to a particular page.

Thank you

Hi. Was that a question?

Well, report could only be in ReportView which does not have pages - it's continuous. As for navigating, you navigate records. Might as well just use a form.

I want to display a report window into a subform. Is it possible?

Like the Snapshot Viewer Control tool, which is not available in newer versions.

As I said, would have to be ReportView. I am not aware of any facility to display PrintPreview within a form.

Perhaps one possible option for you is display a PDF version of your report?

The purpose of this task was to use tools for report management.

Is it possible to create a toolbar in the report interface? And can it have features like right mouse click options?

I do not think there is any need to build your own toolbar.

1. Choose a report from some kind of report chooser. Lets say a combobox
2. This will run the code to save in the local folder
3. Set the address of the web browser to the saved file
4. Control that in the browser with adobe features if loaded on the computer. If not get it adobe.
navigate, print, print pages, zoom, email, blah blah blah whatever.
5. Delete temp file after use

I tried to demo, but ran into some problems
