Are you trying to use Excel as a database?

What's preventing you from adding columns as you wish?

1. I would advise against using Excel as a database and instead migrate to Access.

2. Why not? That statement does not make sense.

2, understatement.
Please narrow the problem down to something more reasonable to ask for help with rather than just asking for the whole script to be written.

So you want someone to rebuild this for you. To add columns and fix all relevant code. We are volunteers here, maybe someone will tackle but don't hold your breath. If you are not capable of this fairly simple programming, pay a consultant.

Maybe time to rethink approach. I already advised using a database app. If Excel file gets very large it will begin to perform poorly.
