Generate pdf or word files of a receipt from different suppliers

This is not a trivial thing to do, but there are ways to skin this cat. {MMMEEEEEOOOOOORRRRR )

First things first, "different suppliers" should not matter. If it DOES, you might have a structural issue in your database.

Create a query that contains everything you need to know about the receipt in question. Then export it to a MailMerge (in Word.) Look up MailMerge in Word as a way to generate the exact format you wanted. All of these topics are covered in WORD's "MailMerge" help and Access's "Export to MailMerge" Help. Start there.
