Getting 'Unrecognized database format' error

Hello again. I routinely run database update on a remote server, RDP'ing into it. After a recent server upgrade, I am now getting the subject error whenever I run a 'Saved Imports' spec. Both databases are on my remote desktop. Sometimes the spec runs successfully but it is very inconsistent. The import spec merely imports 3 tables from one database on the desktop to another on the desktop.



Any ideas?

Hi. I know there's a problem with this on some Windows 10 machines, but did you say you're using Windows Servers though?

Yes, I do a Remote Desktop Connection to a server that's been upgraded to Windows Server 2019 Standard with RAID 5 disks. I do not have this problem when the databases are on my local machine. Also, a user that is local to the server does not have the problem. Thanks.
