Hello,

Quick rundown on my related experience:
-Been working with MS Access since around 1998
-Have built numerous databases from tiny half-day builds to never-ending continuous improvement databases like I am working on today
-I by no means claim to be an expert. Really just a persistent hack
-Early databases were single file, Access-only
-Then came front end/back end Access files with synchronizing
-Then came front end Access, back end SharePoint with synchronizing
-And now I'm on front end Access, back end MS SQL Server

Although I'm using SQL as my back end now, I only understand maybe 1% of how SQL works - so most of my questions will be around performance improvements working with SQL server.
