I'm creating a database program that contain forms to allow multiple users to enter, update data into table. I have two questions:
1) I put "Save", "Create" (using micro) buttons to allow users update, enter new record when clicked. But I noticed after entering the data, without click on the related button, Access still automatically update and creates new record when program is closed or exited. How do I make it so that record is updated or created only when buttons are clicked?
2) since this program will be accessed by multiple users, How do I prevent them from getting into design and other menus to make changes?
