How to use own logo on startup

can somebody tell me how to use my company logo on startup

IIRC, if you put a bmp file in the same directory as the mdb, and with the same name, it will show up instead of the default splash screen.

although the image is 12mb would this matter

database name= ambersand
image=ambersand.bmp

Actually I tested and it worked fine, though it flashed by so fast it was hard to see. I don't know if the size would matter. Was it in the same directory?
