Hi Bob

Again please ignore the last post, I have number 4 working now. Basically I forgot to put it in as code and also I needed to add the new field into the quote (which i can hide). I played with the code a little and amazingly for me it works pheww.

Well many thanks for your patience and excellent advice and to all others who have helped or left posts on this tricky one for me...
