Maintenance Table Relationship (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone I've started building a database and have one question
I have a table for maintenance employees,validation employees, maintenance operations,operations types,maintenance events and workshop machines.
Now i have say for example maintance employees like EmplID,Name,pay,contact etc for all tables but i must be missing something as there is no way to link them together sorry i am a begineer and anyhelp is apprecated
