PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A COMPLEX DATABASE IT SIMPLY FOR CREATING DELIVERY NOTES AND THERE WILL BE NO INVOICING OR INVENTORY INVOLVED.

WE BASICALLY ENTER DELIVERY DETAILS FROM A FAX AND WHAT TYPE OF GOODS THEY WANT.

I have now sorted out all the field required and need to see what needs to be where i.e. tables and relationships

We have a customer that on a daily basis will send us a fax for his deliveries.
On these fxes are various types and quantities of furniture to different address's
Here is couple below to show you what i mean:

ORDER ONE DELIVERY SO MAY NOT NEED AS MANY TABLES I THINK

AS YOU CAN SEE THERE IS MORE THAN ONE ITEM PER DELIVERY

We then enter these details into our database using the delivery
address and the goods they need and the quanties

then when we send these out when we allocate a driver who will be delivering
the deliveries and mark them as completed with a yes no field.

Here are the fields i will be using so might need rearranging a bit!
