New record did not show correctly. (1 Viewer)

Hello. First of all i've created a sub form to record my data but the form did not display a new record correctly. Its look like a bug and it bothering me for a while now. Anyone with the solution? (See the picture)

How can I check by the way. Or just recreate it?

Just create enough to test the issue with a new form.
Then if that works, recreate or copy objects from one to the other. Not sure though if that would also transfer the corruption, if that is the cause.
Been lucky not to have had any yet.

Probably going to happen now.
