properties window trapping (1 Viewer)

Just wondered if there's a way to check if the properties window is open on Startup and if so close it. I'm developing an application and sometimes when it opens, it's annoying to find the properties window is open on top of the main Startup form

well that seems kind of pointless to do if you're in the development stage. Consequently, if you close the prop window and then save the form before you close the app for the day, more than likely it won't be there when you open it up the next day.

and to have the prop window open up if the startup form is NOT in design view, I don't think that's possible, is it? It shouldn't happen, lets put it that way
